How does a house or business get water damage? Well a pipe can burst a toilet can overflow or there can be a storm and you can get flooded. When your house or business gets flooded its important to remove the water promptly in order to not build up to many costs in repairs and lower your chance to get mold. If your wood floor gets wet don’t try to straighten it if it got warped.  Remove any rugs so that the floor can dry quickly.  If you have tile floor you need to remove it only if you had wood sub flooring. The tiles should be cleaned and reinstalled.
